I love this hotel. I have stayed before and will return again. The location is perfect, it is very close to train station and so you can go all over Tokyo. There are many lovely cafes, restaurants, cat cafes, convenient stores, shops, coin laundry etc all super close to the hotel and so everything is on the doorstep. The rooms are super clean and have excellent amenities such as toiletries (shampoo, conditioner, tooth brush, tooth paste, face wash, body wash etc), hairdryer, TV, mini fridge, air-conditioning, heater, de-humidifier...etc. It has smoking and non smoking rooms. I have stayed in both Classic Room & Deluxe Room, both have comfy beds but Deluxe is a King bed. The pricing/rates are fair and the staff are very lovely.

The first impression while on the way to the hotel is not very good as there are many drunk people on the street. However, after staying a day more there, we felt like it is so much convenient for us. Not just that, the room size is so much bigger than what we expected. Even though we booked the smoking room (only left this), there is no strong odour as they provided air purifier in the room. Everything is included so we actually don’t have to worry so much when staying there. The location is great as well, just need to walk 3mins to reach station. Even though the street downstairs has many people drunk at night but we don’t hear any noises from the room.

I really liked this hotel: you are in the middle of the red district and the hotel was maybe opened in the 80s but inside is clean, rooms are big, bed is comfortable, there is no noise inside your room, the staff is lovely, the value for money is incredible, again the room is so big for Tokyo standards, and is well equipped I can’t recommend enough. Just consider that if you are a family with little kids you are still located in kind of a red district, but this is Japan no one will do anything to your kids.

Room massive for Japan standards, staff lovely, we will stay here 4 different times during this trip(in separate occasions in case you read my other reviews) Shinjuku is a perfect place to stay to launch from a centrally located super station that does it all, and the hotel is close to it, with big rooms, clean, and great bed. I can’t recommend enough, the front staff is also so friendly and helpful: perfect hotel, honestly i am even proud of myself to have find it and booked it lol

Carlos

The location is great, just a short walk from one of the main streets in Shinjuku and a great base overall. The main train station is not much further to walk either. The hotel was clean and the room was a really good size for Japan with good facilities inside. One of the best aspects was that the walls were thick so barely heard any noise from inside or outside. A very comfortable stay. Only a short walk to the great bars ibn Golden Gai too.
